TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: September 19, 2026 Last Updated: September 19, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HearingAidSpecialistJobs.com and related services operated by Audiology Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our hearing-care career network may include:

• HearingAidSpecialistJobs.com • HearingInstrumentSpecialistJobs.com • HearingAidDispenserJobs.com • AudiologyDigital.com/jobs • Related employer, candidate, email, and career services

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. OUR SERVICES

Hearing Aid Specialist Jobs provides employment and career-related services focused on hearing healthcare.

Services may include:

• Job search • Job listings • Job alerts • Employer job postings • Employer dashboards • Career information • Employer profiles • External application links • Career-network distribution • Advertising and promotional services

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. JOB LISTINGS

Job listings may be:

• Submitted directly by employers • Submitted by recruiters or authorized representatives • Identified from publicly available employer career pages • Summarized from publicly available job information • Distributed across our hearing-care career network

The presence of a company or job on our websites does not necessarily mean that the company is a customer, sponsor, advertiser, or partner.

We reserve the right to edit, categorize, decline, suspend, or remove job listings.

3. EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS

Some listings may direct candidates to an employer’s, recruiter’s, or other third-party website to apply.

When you leave our website:

• We do not control the external application process • We do not guarantee that a position remains available • We are not responsible for information you provide to the third party • The third party’s own terms and privacy policies apply

4. NO EMPLOYMENT OR HIRING GUARANTEE

Hearing Aid Specialist Jobs is a career marketplace and advertising service.

We do not guarantee:

• Employment • Candidates • Applications • Interviews • Hires • Specific job-view numbers • Specific application-click numbers • Candidate qualifications • Employer hiring decisions • Continued availability of any position

Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions.

Candidates are responsible for evaluating employers, positions, compensation, licensing requirements, and employment terms.

5. EMPLOYER ACCOUNTS

Employers may create accounts to purchase and manage job listings.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by a failure of our systems or security.

6. JOB POSTING REQUIREMENTS

Employers and recruiters may only submit legitimate employment opportunities.

Listings may not contain:

• False or misleading information • Unlawful discriminatory requirements • Fraudulent opportunities • Illegal employment • Multi-level marketing opportunities presented as employment • Requests for unlawful payments from applicants • Explicit or inappropriate content • Malware or deceptive links • Unrelated advertising • Content that infringes third-party rights

We may reject or remove any listing that we reasonably believe is inappropriate, misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or unrelated to our services.

7. CAREER NETWORK DISTRIBUTION

A job purchased through our platform may be displayed or promoted across properties operated by Audiology Digital, including:

• HearingAidSpecialistJobs.com • HearingInstrumentSpecialistJobs.com • HearingAidDispenserJobs.com • AudiologyDigital.com/jobs • Relevant job-alert emails • Other career-related pages or distribution channels operated by us

A single posting may therefore receive exposure across multiple career destinations.

Placement, ranking, visibility, and presentation may vary by website, user search, location, inventory, package purchased, and other factors.

Network distribution does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, applications, interviews, or hires.

8. 30-DAY JOB POSTINGS

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a 30-Day Job Posting is eligible to remain live for up to 30 days from publication.

Benefits are provided substantially as described on the pricing or checkout page at the time of purchase.

9. 60-DAY JOB POSTINGS

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a 60-Day Job Posting is eligible to remain live for up to 60 days from publication.

If the purchased package includes features such as featured placement, job refreshing, priority exposure, or job-alert promotion, those benefits will be provided substantially as described at the time of purchase.

Featured or priority placement does not guarantee a particular search ranking, number of views, applications, or hiring result.

10. ENTERPRISE AND CUSTOM PACKAGES

Enterprise, recruiter, multi-location, career-center, and other custom packages may be subject to separate pricing, proposals, order forms, or agreements.

If specific written terms for an enterprise purchase conflict with these Terms, the terms of the applicable written agreement will control for that purchase.

11. PAYMENTS

Prices will be displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed through Whop, our exclusive payment provider for online purchases made through the Service.

By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge.

You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We may change pricing for future purchases at any time.

A pricing change will not alter the price of a purchase that has already been completed.

12. REFUNDS

Because job advertising begins once a listing is published, payments are generally non-refundable after publication.

We may provide a refund, replacement posting, or account credit at our discretion in circumstances such as:

• Duplicate charges • Technical errors preventing publication • A paid listing rejected by us before publication • Failure by us to provide the purchased service

Refunds are not generally provided because:

• A listing receives fewer applications than expected • No candidate is hired • A position is filled through another source • The employer closes the job early • The employer changes its hiring plans

Questions concerning a purchase may be sent to:

support@hearingaidspecialistjobs.com

13. FEATURED AND PROMOTED LISTINGS

Featured or promoted listings may receive additional visibility.

Featured status does not guarantee:

• First position in search results • Continuous top placement • A specified number of impressions • Applications • Interviews • Hires

Placement may vary according to search criteria, location, inventory, website design, and other operational factors.

14. JOB ALERTS

Candidates may subscribe to job alerts based on role, location, or other preferences.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every matching job will appear in an alert • Alerts will arrive at a particular time • A job will remain available when an alert is opened

Users may unsubscribe from job-alert emails at any time.

15. ACCURACY OF JOB INFORMATION

We attempt to provide useful and current job information, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

Jobs may:

• Close without notice • Change compensation • Change location • Change requirements • Be modified by the employer • Be removed by the employer

Users should verify important employment information directly with the employer or recruiter.

We do not warrant that our services will:

• Always be available • Be error-free • Produce qualified candidates • Produce employment • Produce a successful hire • Meet every user’s expectations

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Audiology Digital and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability concerning a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.

Where applicable law does not permit a particular limitation, that limitation will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
